A Journey Inward

Hi, my name is Jenny Remack, and I am known as The Regenerator because, as someone who is a widow and comedian, I help people to not take themselves so seriously and return to their authenticity.  

I am coaching and training individuals and groups on how to trust themselves and reawaken their joy, play, and creativity.  You are the artist of your life and I like to help you remember this.  

I utilize "The Four Agreements," a book written by don Miguel Ruiz, in all of my teaching and coaching.
