I am a widow and lost my wife, Amy, suddenly in April of 2018. I began studying mediumship under the guidance of Cynthia-Rose McCaw in September of 2019 and Susann Bowler in 2023.  I began giving mediumship readings for people in 2024.  

Amy inspires me everyday to look for the signs as a form of communication with her.  She has given me so much comfort knowing that love never dies and our energy continues after our bodies return to the earth.

Comedy is very important to me, and improv has become a deep passion of mine since taking classes and studying improv in the fall of 2022. You will usually find me practicing improv, sketch comedy, and/or musical improv several times a week at Flipside Theatre in Superior, Colorado.

As an apprentice of don Miguel Ruiz, author of "The Four Agreements" and his family, don Jose (Jossay) Ruiz, don Miguel Ruiz Jr., Karla Ruiz, and Aaron Landman,  I continue to unlearn all of the attachments that keep us stuck in suffering.  I bring these teachings and way of life into my coaching and teaching practice.

I am a retired American Ninja Warrior (ANW) and competed on Season 14 of ANW in 2022. You can catch my 20-second run by clicking here 😂. 

Angel number, 111 is a way Amy and I communicate and she was very much with me on the day I competed.  My run number was 111, my hotel room number was 1110, and the check ANW gave us for food had the number 111 on it. 

My dad also had 111 unread emails on his phone, my sister and mom's hotel room number on the other side of town was 1110, and our brunch cost $111.77 the day after I competed.

I began studying evidential mediumship in 2019, and, in 2024, began giving readings for people, connecting them with their loved ones who have made their transition from this earth form. 

I love helping people understand they have this ability too and how to look for and interpret the signs from their loved ones. 

I became a Mental Fitness Coach in 2023 under Shirzad Chamine with Positive Intelligence Coaching and I love coaching others who are in their grief step back into their power after loss. One of my greatest passions is producing and hosting a podcast called, "Doing Everything to Avoid The Hereafter aka D.E.A.T.H."  Guests range from nurses, to death doula's, to near death survivors, to teachers of Toltec wisdom.  The goal of this podcast is to talk about death, what we think happens, and help us live more fully while we are still here on Earth.

Since August 2021, I have partnered with Shelley Siman. We are both good friends and colleagues, working with local and international organizations like Volunteers of America, The Health Partnership, St. Francis Center, Rapid 7 and others.

We offer basic and advanced Motivational Interviewing trainings, including individual coaching and group sessions. We also run a Boundaries Workshop inspired by The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz.

Additionally, we provide leadership seminars and team-building activities focused on trust and communication through improv. To help trainees keep and practice their skills, we offer Communities of Practice and one-on-one coaching.

I am also in recovery from alcohol and drugs and have been sober since November 10, 2008. 

I have a bachelors degree in Social Work from 2002, became a Certified Addictions Specialist in 2007, and a Peer Recovery Coach in 2022.  

My late wife, Amy was sober and my fiancée Joanne is sober too.  I have so much gratitude for the sober people in my life!

Sobriety is super important to me and it is such a gift to live my life free from drugs and alcohol.
